Helplink also provide workshops for leaders and employees with topics such as: safe communication, building resilience, stress and anxiety management and mindfulness at work.

Irish Abroad Service (Cabhrú): With the support of the Minister for Diaspora, the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, the GAA, An Post and other agencies we provide a free online counselling service for Irish people who have emigrated. The service is currently available to Irish citizens that live in Australia and Canada and we intend to expand the service to the United States of America in January 2018.

Workshops: we provide a suite of workshops to primary schools, secondary schools and universities/Colleges called ‘Mind Hacks’.

This year alone we are providing the workshops to 700+ students in Galway City and County.
