Management & Administration Team

Interim Executive Director 

Jennifer Noonan is a dedicated mental health leader with extensive experience in clinical management, healthcare, and nonprofit sectors. Currently serving as Executive Director at Helplink Mental Health, she is committed to advancing accessible mental health services. With a background in social work, she specialises in transformational change, service development, and strategic leadership.

Executive Director (Currently on Maternity Leave)

Laura Condon is Helplink’s Executive Director. Laura is an accredited counsellor with 7 years experience in mental health non-profit management, particularly in counselling and therapy service delivery. She holds a BA in Psychology, MA in Counselling & Psychotherapy and Level 9 Cert in Non-Profit Leadership and Management.

Clinical Manager

Hamza Mahoney is currently completing an MSc in Loss & Bereavement and holds a first-class honours BA in Counselling with Addiction. He brings deep passion to his work, supporting individuals facing challenges such as addiction, anxiety, bereavement, depression, self-harm, and suicide prevention. Hamza has a strong background in organisations, clinical practice and has published work on bereavement and alcohol policy. He has also presented on topics such as bereavement, self-care, and recovery capital, both in Ireland and internationally. Driven by a strong belief in the power of connection and self-care, Hamza is dedicated to supporting others on their journey toward healing and growth.

 

Administrators

Rachael Kehoe is Helplink’s administrator. With a hospitality background, Rachael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Hotel and Catering Management from GMIT and brings with her a wealth of experience in reception and administration.

Deirdre Audley has a  Psychology Degree and Post Graduate Diploma in Mental health Nursing. She has a background within the charity sector, with experience supervising volunteers and staff in service delivery of a free national counselling service in the UK. She brings with her a skillset of working with vulnerable people, safeguarding and administration.
