Our Youth Counselling services are designed to support young individuals in navigating their emotional and mental health, available both face-to-face in Galway (City) and Mayo (Castlebar), as well as online nationwide and internationally. Our services are accessible 7 days a week, ensuring that help is available when it’s needed most.
The primary goal of Helplink’s Youth Counselling service is to provide a safe and supportive environment where young people can express their thoughts and feelings. Our experienced therapists work with young individuals to help them understand and manage their emotions, develop coping strategies, and build resilience. We aim to empower young people to lead healthier, happier lives by addressing the issues they face.
Our objective is to help young individuals achieve a better understanding of themselves and their experiences. The aim of our sessions is to restore healthy functioning and promote positive development. We work collaboratively with young people to address their concerns and help them move forward in their lives.
